At Maileg, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted toys and clothing, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
